Only what you give us when you request a quote or write to us: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the name of your company, school, church or group (optional), the event details you configure in the quote tool (group type, number of participants, duration and services of interest), and any special notes you choose to write, including dietary requirements.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, we do not ask for financial or banking details through this site, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.
To prepare and send the quote you asked for, to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your event, to schedule and run your stay if you book, and to keep an internal record of requests and their follow-up. If you also want promotions or news, we will ask you separately and you can decline without affecting your quote.
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only where needed to serve you: our web hosting and email provider, WhatsApp when you choose that channel, and competent authorities where legally required.
Quote requests are kept while there is active commercial follow-up and for up to 24 months after the last contact. If the event is booked, data is kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules, then deleted or anonymized.
You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to a specific use, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to cancunjunglecamp@hotmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”, stating your name, a contact method and what you need. We reply within 20 business days.
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. If audience-measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated before they are switched on.
Our camps host groups of minors, but booking and commercial contact always happen with the school, church, company or adult responsible for the group. We do not collect personal data from minors directly through this site.
Any change is published on this page with its update date.
